Home / How we work

Built inside your environment. Owned by your team.

Logistics Data Lab works alongside your engineers to build and deploy a defined data solution in the systems where it will run.

From your data to a solution your team can operate.

Your systems. Your infrastructure. Your solution.

Scope and fee agreed before implementation.

The price reflects what must be connected, how the data needs to be transformed and where the solution must run—not just the number of rows.

02

Data complexity

Volume and history, record quality, entity relationships and business rules.

Work within the access model your team approves.

The client’s development environment is preferred, so source data and the implementation stay within the client’s approved controls. Access, permitted data use, confidentiality, security roles and intellectual-property ownership are agreed before implementation begins.

If access cannot be provided quickly, a dedicated temporary VM or VPS can be created solely for the project—with client approval. Its setup, access, data handling, migration, retention and deletion are agreed before work starts.

Define what needs to work when the project is done.

We’ll scope the sources, target behavior, environment, acceptance criteria and fee.
